What is Rev’d On Demand?
Rev'd On Demand is home to Rev’d Rides and Rev’d Training Camp. Two of our top-tier offerings brought to the screen as our way of connecting and sweating together from anywhere.
What is a Rev’d Ride?
The Rev’d Ride is an athletically challenging, body-changing experience, all about you. We focus on the rhythm of the music and how it drives you to overcome the obstacles of resistance and position.
What is Rev’d Training Camp?
Rev’d Training Camp is a high-intensity training program designed to develop strength, speed, power, balance, and agility. Led by experienced coaches, the program is a balanced combination of strength training and conditioning work designed to maximize athletes’ movement capabilities.
How much is it?
As little as $3!
-$3 to rent any 20 or 30 minute Rev’d Ride for 24 hours.
-$5 to rent any 45-minute Rev’d Signature Ride, Rev’d Training Camp Class or Rev’d Challenge Ride for 3 days
-$34/Month to get unlimited access to all Rev'd On Demand content off and on the bike. This also comes with a 3 day free trial.
During your rental period, you can watch your rented video as many times as you want.
With a subscription, you can access any video as many times as you would like as long as your subscription is active.
I have never worked out with Rev’d, what can I expect?
The best part about Rev'd is that it is for everyone. We offer a comfortable, encouraging, and inclusive environment for people of all ages and fitness levels.
The Rev’d Ride is all about you. We prefer our rides screen-free and don’t monitor any metrics other than hard work. We believe that this encourages you to focus on the experience and enables you to truly be present. Our top-notch instructors will challenge you to focus on the rhythm of the music and how it drives you to overcome the obstacles of resistance and position. There is also a video here from one of our founders that goes over how we ride at Rev'd so you can get set up and comfortable before your first ride.
Our Training Camp classes are a balanced combination of strength training and conditioning work. During each class, you’ll be led through different training exercises designed to develop strength, speed, power, balance, and agility by our experienced coaches. The coaches will walk you through every movement and be there to assist you with modifications where applicable during training.
What equipment do I need for class?
You will need a bike for any Rev’d Ride, but no specific bike is necessary. Our classes stream from any device and can be taken on any bike. We do recommend a sturdy stationary bike like our Rev’d Studio bikes, which are for sale if you’re looking for a recommendation.
No equipment is needed for Rev’d Training Camp classes. Just you, a mat if you want one, and a ready-to-work attitude.
How new are these videos?
All of our classes are dated as they get released. We release new classes in every category from all of our instructors each Monday.
Can I take a class in real-time online?
We are not currently hosting LIVE rides.
You can however relive the experience of our previous live rides through the pre-recorded LIVE rides category.
I purchased my subscription or class, what now?
Select a video to stream on any device connected to the internet, press play and sweat it out with us. We recommend that you use headphones when riding.
Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?
Yes! Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site.
To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast. Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.
To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.
Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?
Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.
Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?
Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!
Which browsers are supported?
While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browsers released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out-of-date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.
ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE QUESTIONS
I subscribed, when will I be charged next?
Subscriptions get charged on the same day each month that you have subscribed. For example, if you first subscribed on March 15th, you would next be charged on April 15th.
My credit card is being declined. Why is that?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
What do I do if I need to pause or cancel my subscription?
While we are unable to pause subscriptions, you are able to cancel your subscription at any time without penalty through your On Demand account dashboard. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods. Any questions or concerns, please email email@example.com.
Do I use the same account information that I use for when I am booking rides in-studio?
Our in-studio reservation system is currently separate from our on-demand platform.
You can use the same login information if you wish to! But you will need to create a new account with Rev'd On Demand as they are two different systems.
Can I transfer my in-studio credits or account balance from my other account for On Demand?
No. You cannot redeem existing in-studio credits or account balances for pre-recorded On Demand classes. The same applied to in-studio gift cards. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click Forgot Password enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.
How do I change my password?
Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.
I love this so much and want to share it with everyone, can I give it as a gift?
Sure can! Visit this page to purchase an amount for use towards single-class rentals or a subscription.
Please insert your email and not the email of the person to whom you want to offer the gift card for. The email sent from the platform with the code is written for you to confirm the purchase but can be shared later with the one to whom the gift is for.
Someone got me a gift card, how do I redeem it?
Visit this page here: Redeem Gift Card
And enter your gift card code! From there, you can either log in or sign up to apply your gift to a subscription.
If you would prefer to use your gift card towards a specific class, you can go through the class purchase as usual, but enter in your gift card code at check out!
By completing the order for my subscription, I agree that I am at least 16 years of age. I understand that classes with Rev’d Indoor Cycling, LLC may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Rev’d Indoor Cycling, LLC or its members or guarantors for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, subscriptions automatically renew for the subscription period until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period. If a Purchaser offers a free-trial period, your payment method will be charged at the end of the free-trial period unless you cancel before the end of that period.
How to Decline Renewal
To cancel a subscription, visit your account dashboard. Your changes will be applied to your next subscription period.
